Dr. Clifton Maxwell BIO
Dr. Clifton Maxwell is the Co-founder and Principal Investor of C&T Consulting Solutions (C&T), an investment firm that connects qualified investors with profitable real estate investment opportunities. His prior roles include serving as a Sr. Acquisition and Contracting Consultant to multiple federal agencies and assisting them on various multi-million dollar projects. He is a proven expert in conducting market research to identify areas of interest, identifying and partnering with contractors with relevant skills and expertise to meet our standards, and negotiating prices to provide a great return on investment. The skills acquired through his experience have prepared him for his current role and C&T's success.
Dr. Maxwell honorably retired from the Marine Corps with over 18 years of military service. He also possesses two of the federal government's highest certifications for federal acquisitions and procurements practices, Federal Acquisition Certification in Contracting Level III and Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) in Contracting Level III.
Dr. Maxwell has a Doctorate in Business Administration from Grand Canyon University; a Master of Administration from Central Michigan University, a Bachelor of Administration from University of Maryland University College; Associate of General Studies from Central Texas College.
Clifton Maxwell and his wife Tiffany Maxwell (Co-founder) reside in Alexandria, VA with their two beautiful children, Chance and Tabbris.

Dr. Tiffany S. Maxwell is the Co-founder of C&T Consulting Solutions (C&T), an investment firm that connects qualified investors with profitable real estate investment opportunities. Dr. Tiffany Maxwell has over 15 years of medical education and strategic operations experience. She is a proven leader as she led the accreditation efforts of academic and medical institutions, whose mission is to connect medical care providers to medical institutions and to create symbiotic relations to foster growth and development for both parties.
Additionally, Dr. Maxwell uses those transferable skills for connecting investors to real estate investment opportunities. She does this by developing and fostering strategic relations with clients, contractors, and hopeful renters with transparency and professionalism at the forefront.
